Intuitive peace arises within

Upjae sehej gyaan matt jaagae (ang 92)

Upjae – arises
Sehej – intuitive peace

Intuitive peace arises within and the intellect awakens to spiritual wisdom.

In Ardas there are two terms we use which have a very similar meaning.
One is we ask for bharosa daan ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਾਨ and the other is visaah daan ਵਿਸਾਹ ਦਾਨ.
Visaah comes from Vishvaas which means trust and bharosa also has similar meaning.

So I guess one stands for faith and the other is about having trust in people.
Both are important factors of positivity. To have faith in things in life, that things will always be okay, is an amazing positive attitude. On the other hand to have trust in people is important building relations.
To always trust that somehow there is goodness in everyone is what keeps humanity sane.

Yet I would warn myself from going into the extreme of both the aspects. When I stop using logic in faith, it can easily turn into blind faith.
Also when I trust everyone blindly, I might be taken for a ride easily.

As they say “In God we trust, our cars we lock”. Having faith and trust and also being logical and conscious can go hand in hand.

It’s not about mistrusting people or not having faith, but about being more logical, more awakened.
